The Swiss Water Decaf Process is used to decaffeinate this coffee; it is chemical-free and removes 99.9 percent of caffeine without altering the taste. The most essential ingredient in mushrooms is called beta-glucan, and it was extracted from mushrooms that were grown naturally on nutrient-rich wood or vegan substrate, standardizing the extract at 30%.
