Xylitol is a natural sweetener that can be produced from plants, fruits and vegetables. Iswari xylitol is produced
from European hard wood (birch or beech) and has roughly 40% less calories than normal sugar. Its sweetness,
intensity and texture is, however, very similar to that of sugar. Due to its very low glycemic index, it is also suitable
for diabetics.

100% xilitol (E967)
Xilitol, produced from European hard wood (birch or beech).
Allergens
Gluten free. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and mustard.
Preserve in dry cool environment, in the dark, no need of refrigeration.
Suggested use and preparation
Use as a substitute for white sugar, in hot drinks, cakes, baking or raw chocolate.
10g per day. Excessive consumption of xylitol (>20g) can have laxative effects.
