Organic India, Neem Powder 100g

Description: Neem from Organic India contains organic and heavy metal tested Neem powder (Azadirachta Indica), made from the leaves of the tree but also a small amount from the bark and flower. In Ayurveda we use the flower, leaves, bark and oil from Neem in healthcare. The powder is used as supplement to take orally and is recommended for the skin, hair, nails, blood and the intestines.

To this day, Neem twigs are used as natural toothbrushes due to their cleansing and antibacterial effect. Herbal Ayurvedic toothpastes almost all contain Neem. The herb is also used in skincare products such as cream and cleansers for acne and eczema. See Neem oil for this reason too. Neem is also especially good for balancing Pitta and Kapha heavy constitutions. Even Vata constitutions may use Neem when needed for an indication, but they should be aware that Neem has a cooling effect in the body.

Dosage: ½ teaspoon, 2 times a day with finger warm water for at least 1 month or as recommended by your Ayurveda-practitioner. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women without consulting a doctor.

The recommended dosage should not be exceeded. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied healthy diet. This product should be kept out of reach from children. Store in a dry place and not in direct sunlight.
