KIKI Health's Pure Collagen Powder provides 7500mg of collagen per serving of Type 1 hydrolyzed marine collagen. Directions:

Adult intake 1½ teaspoons (7.5g) once or twice daily, according to your personal and lifestyle needs. Add to water, juice or hot drink.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.
