Alce Nero organic granulated vegetable stock is yeast and gluten free; it is also low in fat. It is made from a selection of 7 different vegetables sourced from organic farms. Vegetable stock is recommended for making a light broth or enriching the flavour of sauces, garnishes, second courses and risottos.
