Cool and crisp. Refreshing and light. Iced herbal teas make the perfect companion to beat the heat in the summer months. Iced teas are simple to make at home and a much healthier alternative to iced tea products you’ll commonly find at the supermarkets.

Homemade vs. Store-bought Iced Tea

We believe that by choosing iced tea we are making the healthy choice but often ready cans of iced tea can contain more sugar than cans of sugary drinks.

Adding sugar to your iced tea or sugar found in prepackaged cans, actually undoes the potential health benefits of drinking tea. When you make iced tea yourself, you know exactly what's in it.

This way you can support your health and wellbeing.
